In 2005, driven by his determination, Bruno purchased an ancestral home in Sainte-Adèle and opened Recto Verso Restaurant and Catering. He offers his clients fresh cuisine, “artualized” and inspired by local seasons and harvests.
As a supporter of the local terroir and producers, Bruno prioritizes products from the Laurentians and Quebec. This not only supports local purchasing but also helps reduce his ecological footprint. All the dishes on the menu are crafted in-house.
