Le Canard Goulu is a farm in the Lotbinière region specializing in the production of Barbary ducks. In business for over 25 years, we offer a wide range of natural and authentic foie gras and duck products. From duckling to distribution, Canard Goulu controls all stages of production: breeding, slaughter, processing, as well as sales and distribution. We thus ensure that we serve you with absolute product quality. Also visit our stores at the Grand Marché de Québec and Avenue Maguire!
